This is fantastic writing music and I will no doubt listen to the entire ten hours some day. I promise it’s more palatable than what I usually listen to when I study… which, on a mildly interesting note, I posted exactly one year ago today.

Ummm you peel and dice and cook two apples in water and then puree them with two chipotles in adobo. It is uncomplicated and spicy and I completely made it up. Good on a burrito with a dollop of sour cream and some fresh cilantro.
AKA best burrito topping I have ever devised in order to use up old produce.
